The Royal School looked unfazed with this early setback and they methodically worked their way into the game. However, despite Armagh creating a few more penalty corner chances, the motivated Portadown defence coped well with the pressure and the visitors continued to look dangerous on the counter with Adamson leading the charge. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
There were a few personal battles across the pitch between two sets of players familiar with each other which made for an entertaining first half but there were no further scores before half time, the teams turning round with Armagh chasing that one goal deficit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
