Ulster U16 girls also got a run out at Enniskillen on Saturday afternoon with a combined clubs side from Connacht standing in at late notice.
The game was played over two 35 minute halves.
The Ulster side was first on the scoresheet after a scorching break out wide by Eva Draycott gave them a 5 – 0 lead.

The Connacht team enjoyed the bulk of territory and possession for the remainder of the half and they got their reward right at the end with a try from Mia White to take the score to 5 – 5 as the teams changed ends.

The visitors went in front at the start of the second half with Naomi Ward dotting down to take the score to 5 – 10 in Connacht’s favour.

However, Ulster battled back pretty quickly with Erin Robinson bundling over to take the score to 10 – 10 midway through the half.
A second try from Draycott, converted by Alice Seaney, gave Ulster a 17 – 10 lead with just over 10 minute remaining.

The Connacht girls pushed hard for an equalising score but Ulster held firm to take the 1 7 – 10 win in an entertaining game.
